Private Residence in Old Brookville

We are presently working on a substantial restoration of a 19th Century 13,000 sq ft French Manor house, including a complete interior renovation and a total reworking of mechanical and electrical. Additionally, we are building a 9,000 sq ft out-building to match the existing structure with a new pool, pool house, court yard, tennis court and landscape.
