New Building Construction in Smithtown

As the construction manager for McAlpine contracting, we've completed the build of a new 150,000 sq ft building.

This project consisted in the construction of a new 4 story, 141 bed, assisted living facility in Smithtown, NY.

Construction on this project also included building a dedicated sewage treatment plant.
